What is the Fair Work Academy?
The Fair Work Academy is a training platform led by CNV Internationaal.
It is based on a central conviction: decent work is built when workers know their rights and understand how the economic and business systems that influence their working lives operate.
At CNV Internationaal, we work with different actors across supply chains—including workers, trade unions, companies, certification bodies, and public authorities—to promote respect for labour rights, social dialogue, and the use of collected information.
For this reason, the Fair Work Academy offers content that enables workers to learn about and understand:

- Human rights due diligence

The Academy is aimed at anyone who wants to learn how to successfully carry out worker-led monitoring in their country or supply chain, typically trade union representatives or local coordinators.
Currently, there are 6 modules focused on how to carry out monitoring. In the future, additional topics will be added, such as living wages.
You can access it from a laptop, tablet, or mobile phone by simply logging into your account.
The Academy is completely free.
At the moment, there are 6 modules, which you can complete at your own pace.
Yes! Upon completing the course, you will receive a certificate. You will also be able to track your progress and complete exercises throughout the modules.
The technical requirements are minimal; you only need a device with an internet connection.
Yes, the platform allows you to track your progress and continue the courses whenever you want.
